This online-classroom hybrid training allowed Software AG’s distributed sales force to deliver strategic value to customers without product or capital investment.

What We Did: Developed and conducted Operations Maturity assessments at 30 companies in Dover’s global Fluid Management Group. Assessment results were used as baseline for training and coaching of corporate and subsidiary executives in leading Strategic Productivity.
